Rick Lane focuses on Vantage and Business Process Review consulting. This CPA has a varied background of Network Systems administration, consulting, auditing and as a controller that makes him valuable resource for our customers and for ISI. His experience gained through a variety of industries allows him to balance his customers' goals and current processes with a forward-thinking vision that focuses on growth and business development for that company—a winning combination for both ISI and our customers.

Ron Palitto's focus is on business process review and small business management consulting. Ron comes to ISI with over 33 years of manufacturing experience, starting as an on-the-line worker in the rubber industry all the way to an award winning manager and a 4-year run as president/CEO of VMI Americas®. He has designed new processes and spearheaded changes that have grown the companies for which he has worked. His business philosophies building on people, partnerships and alliances and leadership have made him a valuable resource for many companies. Using his extensive business experience in the field, Ron is highly adept at providing efficient and effective solutions to customer problems and concerns. He continues to leverage his vast experience and management techniques with each customer he supports through ISI. We at ISI try to emulate the high customer standards he has set for us all.

Gary Wenzel’s focus is on account management.  His professional experience can be summarized into five major categories:  Executive Leadership, Strategic Operations, Innovation, Sales/Marketing and Technology.  These experiences enable Gary to be equally comfortable in the executive management environment as well as the support or factory floor setting.  He relates well with people and establishes a level of trust that brings forth openness in communications, which is vital for any company’s operational success.  Gary has over 25 years of experience in the for-profit sector, as well as the not-for-profit sector.  He has a solid rapport with diverse populations.  Gary has a degree in Organizational Management and secondary education in Electrical Engineering Technology.
