Rick focuses on ERP Implementations, Software Selection and Business Process Review consulting. This CPA has a varied background of Network Systems administration, consulting, auditing and as a controller that makes him valuable resource for our customers and for ISI. His experience gained through a variety of industries allows him to balance his customers' goals and current processes with a forward-thinking vision that focuses on growth and business development for that company—a winning combination for both ISI and our customers.

Ron's focus is on business process review and small business management consulting. Ron comes to ISI with over 33 years of manufacturing experience, starting as an on-the-line worker in the rubber industry all the way to an award winning manager and a 4-year run as president/CEO of VMI Americas®. He has designed new processes and spearheaded changes that have grown the companies for which he has worked. His business philosophies building on people, partnerships and alliances and leadership have made him a valuable resource for many companies. Using his extensive business experience in the field, Ron is highly adept at providing efficient and effective solutions to customer problems and concerns. He continues to leverage his vast experience and management techniques with each customer he supports through ISI. We at ISI try to emulate the high customer standards he has set for us all.

Eric Miller’s focus is accounting and finance. His position as Chief Financial Officer provides our team with the financial accountability that only his expertise can bring. He provides consulting services to our clients in such areas as accounting software and its integration into the business; financial process development and execution; tax support and preparation; business management; and financial statement preparation and analysis. In addition, Eric’s experience allows him to be a valuable resource in many other areas related to technology and running a business.

Eric’s work history includes over 5 years experience in Public Accounting at Hausser + Taylor working on audit, tax and consulting engagements.

Eric joined the ISI team in 2002. Being a CPA since 1999 has helped him look at the big picture to develop processes that are customized to meet the needs of our businesses and clients in an efficient manner. He develops systems wrapped around accounting software to give clients the financial output they need to run their business.

Eric is married and lives in Rittman. He and his wife appreciate the opportunity to be active in their church. They also enjoy traveling as the opportunities arise.
